Awards
You might be wondering about the awards we’ve received.2
Admittedly, we’re not an “award chasing” kind of organization. As with many industries there are numerous pay-for-placement opportunities available at any given time.
However, we allowed the Franchise Business Review to conduct an independent survey because of their impartial 3rd party approach.
This is the story of how it happened…
The Franchise Business Review is an independent industry magazine and pollster. They survey the North American Franchise Industry annually, looking for true representation from the field.
The first year they invited us to participate, we were worried. As we sat down to meet about the request, the question immediately came up “What if our coaches are unhappy? What if we find out something ugly?”
In our next breath, we immediately decided we had to do it. Good or Bad, we had to know. There is a saying in business coaching that you’ll use with clients and executives… “You can’t act without knowing, and you can’t change without a benchmark”.
We had to know what our coaches would say, and we had to know where we could make improvements.
We’ll never be done evolving, changing and growing. After all, that is the basis of Business Coaching.
We knew that our Initial training was strong from testimonials and feedback we’d received.
We felt that our ongoing support for Business Operations, Marketing, and Sales was strong given our various feedback loops. Some of those stories are here in our Case Studies and Testimonials.
Our Coaching content has been field tested for years, so we felt confident we would score strongly here.
So we gave the Franchise Business Review our coach contact information and waited for the results.
