About Declan
Declan Loy founded Vision Management Consultancy Ltd, who specialise in the personal and business development arena.
Declan’s goal is to help you, the Business Owner achieve your personal and business goals faster than you ever imagined possible.
He has extensive experience working with Business Owners and SME’s in the fields of consulting, training and coaching Business Expansion and Personal Effectiveness while specialising in Sales and Marketing. Declan is also a Key Note Speaker and addresses SME companies.
Through his studies and extensive research, he has applied and implemented many of these strategies seeing him achieve outstanding results in personal and business development over the past 15 years. He is also the author of Vision Life and other motivational products.
Declan specialises in addressing SME’s and public audiences on subjects of Personal and Business Development. These seminars cover topics such as Motivation, Focus, Selling, Goal Setting and Strategy. Declan delivers strategies, which, when implemented, will bring you immediate changes and long-term results will occur.
Declan’s career began with John Graham, Dromore as Sales and Marketing Manager, where he worked for two years. During this time he was also the Managing Director of a Small Business, Picturecraft, based in Dundalk Co Louth.
Declan went on to develop his career in sales with Rationel Vinduer, progressing in the field of sales to achieving the role of Sales Director. Here he had the direct impact on the sales growth of the company from €4 million to €38million.
Declan has achieved many qualifications in areas such as Sales, Business, Strategic Marketing, Coaching, Nero Linguistic Programming, Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and continues to pursue his studies, believing strongly in the power of continual learning. He has been mentored by leading figures in the area of Personal Development, by world renowned figures such as Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, etc.

In 2009 Declan invested in the FocalPoint Business Coaching Franchise System which is powered by Brian Tracy and is now building his team of coach’s all over Ireland under FocalPoint Powered by World Famous Brian Tracy.
